How can I find out if you have a part for my BMW?

E-mail, fax or phone with your request. We will then check in the warehouse and let you know availability and price. Please ensure that you give us a good description including the exact model, year, and any identifying numbers on the part.

For example: BMW 325i January 1987, cylinder head casting, number on side 1 250 777.

How can I pay for parts that I order?

For items available to purchase online, it couldn't be easier! The shopping cart will give available payment options when you come to checkout. Certain options may not be available depending on your location or the order total (e.g. credit card payment are not accepted from high fraud risk areas abroad or above a certain value).

Payment for items which are not online, for which you have received an email quote can be paid for by a number of methods. The easiest way is to pay by credit card we accept MasterCard, Visa and Switch. Alternatively you can pay by cheque or by bank transfer, but we will usually only despatch the goods when the payment has been cleared.

How can you get the part to me?

Within the UK we offer a 24 hour delivery service by courier. Delivery to countries outside the UK takes a little longer. All parts are carefully packed and wrapped to ensure safe transit.

How much will delivery cost me?

Our website will accurately calculate a number of shipping options and prices for you when you checkout. You just need to select the one you prefer!

Books are subject to a delivery charge of 2.95 GBP per book.


Deliveries To Addresses Outside The UK

Charges for delivery to countries outside the UK depend on many different factors and our website will calculate a fairly accurate price based on weight. Large light items may be subject to additional charges for volume.

Can I collect the goods in person?

Yes. However please telephone first to give us time to pick your goods from our warehouses and to confirm our opening hours.

Can you fit the part for me?

Yes. We have our own workshop with full facilities and offer a fitting service for the non-DIY owner. Please telephone to book your vehicle into the workshop diary. We will give you a quote for the work and an estimate of the time it will take.

What about exchange parts?

Some goods are sold on an exchange basis (ie. you return the parts that you replace). A small refundable deposit is charged when you purchase the goods, and is promptly refunded to you upon receipt of your old parts. We will advise you at the time of your enquiry whether any of the goods are supplied on an exchange basis and provide you with a quote for the deposit.

What warranty is offered?

All new parts carry the manufacturer's warranty.

All second hand and reconditioned parts carry a money back warranty provided they are returned to us in the condition in which they were sold – please be aware that most of our parts are security marked. Some reconditioned parts also carry a further warranty (please ask for details at the time of your enquiry).

Can I return goods that I have purchased from you?

If for some reason you decide that you do not require some of the goods that you have bought from us you may return them (as long as they were not ordered specially for you) but we reserve the right to make a handling charge of 25% of the value of the goods that you return. Returns must be in received by us within 14 days of the invoice date and must be in the condition in which they were sold.
